Update: Steven Hinton Sets New World Speed Record at 531.27 MPH
Pursuit Aviation is there as air racing champion Steven Hinton prepares to set a new world speed record for the fastest piston-engine, propeller-driven airplane in his highly modified P-51 Mustang “Voodo. Hinton will make the attempt August 27 across a 3-kilometer course in Idaho and Pursuit Aviation will capture all of the thrilling high-speed action from the sky using the latest technology in aerial cinematography.
Pursuit Aviation has partnered with SHOTOVER to create a highly customized aerial camera system and setup capable of capturing fully-stabilized imagery at over 350 kts and under heavy G-loading.
